Tuesday: Veggie frittata (from Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook)
Wednesday: Rice and beans with green salad
Thursday: Baked egg rolls (from Deliciously Healthy Family Meals)
Friday: Baked salmon, steamed broccoli, and brown rice
Saturday: Fried brown rice with leftovers
